LIANTI

The Linear Amplification via Transposon Insertion (LIANTI) combines Tn5 transposition and T7 in vitro transcription for linear amplification of genomic DNA from single cells. It does not have the limitation used in the traditional Tn5 where only fragments with different ends can be amplified. Step-by-step library generation

(1) Assemble LIANTI transposon DNA to Tn5 transposase to form a Tn5 homodimer, sort or handpick single cells, tagmentation of single cell gDNA with the LIANTI Tn5.
